- Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks in Matric (SSC) or equivalent.

- CNIC/B-Form
- Passport-sized photographs
- Affidavit (if required)

- Sports Quota: Candidates must submit attested sports certificates and appear for trials.
- Hafiz-e-Quran: Additional 20 marks added to SSC score.
